Campden Hill Court was one of the first steel-framed mansion blocks built in central London.
Thomas Boyce of Bloomsbury constructed the original three buildings, which were designed by leading Scottish architect, Frederick Pilkington.
This is a large multi-tenanted building, and our role includes ensuring that Airbnb rentals are not allowed.
Our property management services have included:
- Resolving various issues in phase one of the project carried out prior to our taking over management of the building
- Upgrading/replacing heating and hot water system
- Installing full security upgrade throughout the building and on the street level
- Managing full time concierge desk.
