Aspect Property Management manages high end properties throughout Central London, covering a vast portfolio of property types. We take care of all areas of the management process; from the preparation and administration of service charge demands, to monthly check-ins with the staff and attending the AGM’s for properties.
We hold all the necessary Financial Services Authority status to be able to advise and provide quotations for most insurances that are relevant to this sector. This includes: buildings, terrorism, engineering, public liability, First Tier tribunal, and Directors and Officers liability insurance cover. We do this in conjunction with our retained insurance brokers.
The service charge accounting for properties forms part of our standard service. All the main elements of the service charge accounting; that being budgeting, billing, accounts preparation, paying suppliers, credit control, and preparation of the end of year accounts, is carried out within the accounts team.
We take care of, and often project manage, the works that take place in the common areas of the blocks that we manage. Such projects can include external/internal repairs and redecorations, or perhaps the replacement of lifts, or other mechanical and electrical equipment.
